During the Gulf War, we had extraordinary access to Rep. Les Aspin, who was then chairman of the House Armed Services Committee. We conducted many interviews on the war, and even got an off-the-record preview of the ground-war strategy that the U.S. and Allies used to boot Iraq out of Kuwait in early 1991.
